A productive future through a scientific approach.
The Center acts as a bridge between science, government, and the private sector, promoting food security, ecological sustainability, and agrarian innovations.
The idea of CARCAS began many years ago. Over a long period, research was conducted in the fields of agricultural development, food security, and ecological sustainability, and various projects were implemented. Finally, in 2025 CARCAS formed as a platform and assumed the role of a Center for agrarian research in the Caspian region. Specialists focused on future food security, the agricultural sector, and ecological development united around this platform. Today, CARCAS is not only a research center, but also a strategic platform for agrarian policy and innovation in the region, providing sustainable and competitive solutions to farmers and enterprises, conducting research in ecological sustainability, and implementing projects.
